By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Use of Website

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are using the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products

IRONCLADICE sells jewelry and related accessories through this website. All product listings, descriptions, photos, prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product images, colors, finishes, stone appearance, sizing appearance, or other visual details will appear exactly the same on all screens or devices. Slight variation may occur.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, product errors, or listing mistakes and to cancel any affected orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

IRONCLADICE currently states on its website that orders generally require 1–5 business days for processing and preparation before shipment, and that delivery usually takes 1–4 business days after shipment, though these are estimates only.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier delays, holidays, high order volume, or other causes beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery problems, losses, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer. Your current shipping policy already says IRONCLADICE is not responsible for address-entry issues caused by the customer.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, subject to applicable law.

6. International Orders, Duties, and Tariffs

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless expressly stated. If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid import charges or customs issues, we may deduct any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, or related fees from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

That policy currently states that IRONCLADICE offers a 3-day return window from delivery, requires items to be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, excludes custom, final sale, used, worn, damaged, and unauthorized returns, and places return shipping costs on the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an order error.

By purchasing from us, you agree to that policy.

We reserve the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with our posted policy, appears fraudulent, or involves abuse of our return system.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within the timeframe stated in our posted policy and provide your order number plus clear supporting photos or other requested evidence.

Failure to contact us within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, IRONCLADICE may rely on that delivery confirmation when reviewing claims, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. However, we may, at our discretion, assist customers in opening a carrier claim or investigation.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact IRONCLADICE before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so we may attempt to resolve the issue directly. Your current refund page already asks customers to contact you before opening a dispute.

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks using all relevant documentation, including but not limited to order records, tracking information, billing and shipping information, communications, fraud screening results, and website activity data.

If we determine that a customer has engaged in fraudulent transactions, abusive chargebacks, or policy abuse, we reserve the right to refuse future service.

11. Product Information and Disclaimer

We attempt to ensure all information on our website is accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current.

Product descriptions, availability, pricing, promotional language, and other website content may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct such issues at any time without prior notice.
